"I would like to thank you all for the care you give to Ruth. It is quite pleasing to know that she is in a safe and caring environment."
"Alexa has been with Moore Care since 2009. Since that time we have seen our daughter develop into an outward-going and happy person. We visit frequently and have found that she is well-cared for and content. She leads a busy and active life, attending groups outside the home, as well as socialising with other residents. Whenever we have had concerns the owners Jim and Trishia have been happy to address these with us."
" Following a very worrying time with my sister who suffers with Downs Syndrome and acute behavioural problems, a prolonged period of depression and worsening behaviour resulted in her removal from a local residential care facility to a specialised hospital for treatment.
The local care facility refused to accept her return to their care despite her wish to return having been there for the past 25 years. Being her only remaining family member I was faced with the unenviable task of finding another care place.
The warmth and empathy I received from Moore Care was like a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I visited the intended placing at Manchester Road and was allowed spontaneous visits which I still make on a regular basis.
I knew right from the start, now 4 years, that this was the right place.
My sister was in a very dark place 4 years ago, but with Moore Care’s guidance and support she has now come through that and her quality of life is much improved.
Thank you Moore Care."
"I know my son is being looked after well. Also I would like to praise the staff who are very good. How kind they are to me. I can’t thank you enough."
